Domestic Shipping
- We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹999.
- Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Custom or personalised jewellery orders may take 5–7 business days to process before dispatch.
- All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India. Please stay tuned — we plan to expand internationally soon!
Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, you will get a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation.
- For custom jewellery orders, our team will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm design details before processing begins.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
- If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing your order. Kruthi Jewels is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Safe Packaging
All jewellery is packed securely to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
