Returns

Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Please note that custom jewellery orders are non-refundable, as they are specially made to your specifications. We encourage you to confirm all design details before placing a custom order. Our team is happy to assist you via WhatsApp before you finalise your order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 7075551297.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
